We understand that when your heating or hot water breaks down it can be at the most inconvenient of times. We always aim to get you back up and running as soon as possible! Let’s face it, nobody likes to be without heating or hot water especially in the winter months!

HOW LONG DO HEATING REPAIRS TAKE?
As every situation will have its own problem, it's difficult to determine how long it will take us to solve the issue.
If we can fix your problem on the day, we will! Sometimes if spares are required, they can take a few days to arrive.
We will call you to arrange an appointment and inform you of the costs as soon as we know when your parts will be available.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW?
We will need the below information in order to correctly diagnose the problem and to provide the best advice
-Appliance make and model
-Brief description of the problem
-Boiler error codes (if applicable)
-Controller/programmer make & model (if applicable)
These details help decide if we need to take any spare parts with us for a quick fix. This means you will be back up and running sooner!
Make note of these details now, if you can, and keep them handy. It will save you time when you call us.
WHAT IF MY APPLIANCE NEEDS REPLACING?
If your appliance is beyond repair, we will inform you and make your appliance safe until a replacement can be arranged. Our engineer will leave the site with the details needed for a new appliance and a member of our quotes team will send over an estimate as soon as possible.
We will then give you a call or send the quotation over to your vial email and have a chat about the costs and different options available for you. Once you are happy with everything we will arrange an appointment for the replacement appliance to be installed.
