If you need us to attend one of your properties, all you need to do is give us a call and speak to our Letting & Landlord Administrator Olivia.
She will then take any job details and contact your tenant directly to arrange an appointment. This saves your time and also ensures that we can gain access at a time that is convenient for your tenant.

GAS SERVICING & SAFETY CHECKS
Landlords are required by law to keep their properties safe by having annual inspections carried out on all gas appliances. This ensures that the appliances are running safely, as well as efficiently! At Corvée we understand that keeping your Tenants safe is a priority.
As a landlord, you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords’ duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe.
GAS SAFETY CHECKS
Appliances will be correctly set and adjusted to ensure the gas is burning correctly
Appliances will be checked for stability and correctness of installation
Flues and chimneys will be tested
Safety divisions will be checked and tested
Emissions will be checked
A certificate will be issued
Full appliance servicing includes all of the above and;
Strip down and clean of serviceable appliance components as per manufacturer’s instructions
Analysis of combustion exhaust gases (if applicable)
Appliance condition check including seals, gaskets, heat exchangers etc.
Servicing also allows our gas engineer to check for any potential faults that may become obvious when servicing. Any larger repairs will then be noted and you will receive an estimate.
Never miss a service! Following your first gas safety check or service with us, we will then send you a reminder the following year to remind you that it’s due again. This gives you peace of mind that we will let you know when your properties are due a service. All you have to do is let us know if you want to go ahead, provide us with the up to date tenant details and we will arrange the appointment for you.
If your tenant has reported a problem with the gas appliances or plumbing at the property, we are happy to help! Our engineers are fully qualified and experienced in dealing with breakdowns and repairs.
We understand that your tenants need to be back up and running as soon as possible! We always aim to attend site within 24 hours of a problem being reported. We will always aim to carry out repairs on the day, however, if the job is more involved, we will always contact you with a quotation before proceeding.
We understand that as a Letting Agent/Landlord you need to be kept in the loop, we are able to send reports or contact you to keep you updated with jobs!

As well as servicing and repairs we also do all plumbing and gas appliance installations. If you require a new appliance all you need to do is give us a call and we will arrange with either you or your tenant at the time we can attend site to put together a quotation for you.
We will also carry out a quotation if we attend site for repairs and find that the appliance requires replacing rather than have to attend site a second time.
We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to emergency installations such as a new boiler or shower, so we will send all quotes via email or call you directly to ensure we can get things moving as quickly as possible.
