So we recently upgraded our diary system which went surprisingly smoothly (much to our relief!). We now have lots of exciting new features which will hugely benefit us and our customers.
We can now add multiple options to quotations instead of doing separate ones-
This helps keep things as clear as possible, as well as keeping down the paperwork!
We can send you partial invoices before jobs are completed-
This is great for customers who want to pay in advance and was a feature that was non existent before!
Service reminders will now be sent automatically, no more missed services!-
Service reminders are a fantastic Idea and we have always done them, however some of you may not know that these were done manually and took up a large amount of Admin time. They will now go automatically 4 weeks before your service is due.
We have an exciting new feature which allows us to email or text job confirmations to our customers, this also includes a text message which is automatically sent when our engineer is on his way. Although we always try to keep to appointment times as best we can, there is the odd occasion that we can run late. This feature will help to keep you informed of where our engineer is and what time he will arrive.
Recorded phone calls-
We also have a new feature where we can record conversations, what time that were had and who they were with. This means we can keep on top outstanding jobs and queries easily and more efficiently.
We understand that it is sometimes quicker and more convenient for our customers to pay online for outstanding work so have now added our online payment details to all our invoices.
Booking confirmations for Landlords & Letting Agents-
We can now send you job confirmations when we have booked in to your rental properties. This helps to keep you informed of what is going on and when it is going to happen. We can also instantly let you know when we have failed to gain access to a property, again, helping to keep you informed!
As we continue to explore the new system we are finding out more and more new features that are proving incredibly helpful in the daily running of Corvee!
